Make Ready Technician - Property Management

📍 Conroe, TX | Full-Time

Are you a skilled Make Ready Technician looking for your next opportunity in property management? We are seeking a dependable, hardworking professional to join our team and help prepare apartment homes for new residents.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartment homes for move-ins through cleaning, repairs, and unit touch-ups
• Complete light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and basic apartment components as needed
• Assist with apartment turnovers to ensure units meet company standards
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances when necessary
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Make Ready Technician or Maintenance Technician in property management preferred
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs
• Experience with carpentry and hardware installation
• Appliance troubleshooting experience
• Must have your own basic tools
• Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
• Able to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
