Job Title: Bilingual Tax Credit Leasing Consultant

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in affordable housing and Tax Credit (LIHTC) communities and be fluent in both English and Spanish.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, assisting residents, and maintaining high occupancy levels.

Responsibilities

• Conduct leasing tours and actively market apartment homes.
• Process rental applications and complete resident certifications.
• Verify income and documentation in compliance with Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations.
• Assist with lease signings, renewals, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain accurate resident files and property records.
• Support occupancy goals through outreach and resident retention efforts.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.

Qualifications

• Required: Previous property management leasing experience.
• Required: Tax Credit/LIHTC experience.
• Required: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing compliance and resident qualification processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
