Position Details

• Position: Bilingual Apartment Leasing Consultant

• Pay: $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Weekends Required)
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct professional property tours.
• Assist current and prospective residents in both English and Spanish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build positive resident relationships.
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communications.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, lead follow-up, and community outreach efforts.
• Support daily leasing office operations and maintain a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
