We’re searching for a true multifamily lease-up expert who knows how to create urgency, generate traffic, close leases, and move a new community toward stabilization!

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the lease-up of a brand-new Class A luxury apartment community. The ideal Property Manager is highly sales-driven, competitive, organized, and experienced in turning qualified leads into signed leases.

We need someone who understands that a successful lease-up requires more than managing daily operations. You must know how to:

• Set aggressive but achievable weekly leasing goals
• Generate qualified traffic through creative marketing and outreach
• Track lead response times, conversion rates, and closing ratios
• Follow up consistently and overcome prospect objections
• Create urgency and confidently close the lease
• Keep models, amenities, vacant units, and grounds tour-ready
• Build excitement around a new luxury apartment community
• Coach the onsite team and hold everyone accountable for results
• Drive occupancy toward stabilization quickly and efficiently

The Property Manager will also oversee resident relations, delinquency, AppFolio records, maintenance coordination, vendors, unit turns, warranty requests, punch-list items, and overall property performance.
