BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Woodland Hills, CA. This position is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and provide leadership to onsite maintenance staff.
• Assign, monitor, and complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Perform and oversee repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure apartment turns are completed efficiently and meet company quality standards.
• Maintain community safety, property appearance, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and prioritize service requests.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and implement effective solutions.
• Support emergency maintenance needs as required.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance supervisory or leadership experience required.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and manage priorities effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Must provide and maintain personal tools necessary to perform job duties.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented approach.
