Leasing Consultant - Property Management

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and highly motivated Leasing Consultant to join a professional apartment community in Circle Pines, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who can hit the ground running, confidently manage leasing responsibilities, and quickly adapt to property operations with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate is not someone who requires extensive training or constant direction. We are looking for a professional who is skilled, self-sufficient, and comfortable taking ownership of their role from day one while delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional and engaging apartment tours that showcase the community's features and benefits.
• Convert prospect inquiries into signed leases through strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Manage leasing traffic, phone calls, emails, and follow-up communications in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records within property management software systems.
• Assist with lease signings, renewals, resident retention efforts, and move-in coordination.
• Represent the community with professionalism, confidence, and a polished appearance.
• Collaborate effectively with onsite team members to achieve occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or property management experience required.
• Proven ability to work independently and learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Strong sales aptitude with a track record of converting leads into leases.
• Professional, articulate, and confident communicator.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and personable demeanor.
