💲 Pay: $22.00/hour

🕒 Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1 hr lunch)

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will have direct apartment turn experience and be able to efficiently prepare vacant units for new residents while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Direct apartment make ready/unit turn experience required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must provide own basic tools
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and ability to complete units on schedule

Responsibilities

• Drywall patching and repairs
• Interior painting and touch-ups
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Basic electrical work, including outlets, switches, light fixtures, and bulb replacements
• Door, lock, and hardware repairs/replacements
• Minor carpentry and general maintenance repairs
• Appliance troubleshooting and minor repairs
• Caulking, blind installation, fixture replacements, and punch-list completion
• Identify and address maintenance issues during apartment turns
• Ensure all units are clean, functional, and move-in ready
