BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and driven Apartment Leasing Consultant to support a thriving apartment community in Gresham, OR 97030. This opportunity is ideal for a leasing professional with a proven background in multifamily housing who excels at building resident relationships, closing leases, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours.
• Guide prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, renewals, and resident documentation.
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and assist with occupancy and resident retention goals.
• Support marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing experience required.
• Experience using Yardi property management software is required.
• Strong sales, leasing, and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
