BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and certified Lead Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Conroe, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who thrives in a leadership role and takes pride in ensuring a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

Position Overview

As the Lead Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating daily maintenance operations, assigning work orders, managing preventive maintenance programs, and supporting the performance of onsite maintenance staff. Your expertise will help ensure the property remains in excellent condition while delivering exceptional service to residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite maintenance personnel
• Assign, prioritize, and complete service requests and work orders
• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance programs
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry-related issues
• Oversee apartment turns and ensure make-ready units meet company standards
• Maintain property grounds, common areas, and building systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage maintenance inventory, supplies, and equipment as needed
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and team members

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to supervise staff, delegate tasks, and prioritize workload effectively
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Reliable transportation and attendance
• Must provide own tools
