Maintenance Supervisor | Student Housing

Compensation: $35-$45/hour + Bonus Potential

Required Experience & Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a strong background in student housing, multifamily property management, or apartment community maintenance.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Previous Student Housing Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, or Lead Maintenance Technician experience
• Experience supervising and developing maintenance teams
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • HVAC systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Plumbing repairs
  • Appliance repair
  • Preventive maintenance
  • Building systems maintenance
  • Make-ready/turn process
  • Work order management
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold a maintenance team accountable
• Experience managing vendors and contractors
• Comfortable interacting with property ownership groups, asset managers, and regional leadership
• Strong communication, customer service, and resident relations skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on leader with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Entrata
• Experience with property management platforms such as:
  • Yardi
  • RealPage/OneSite
  • AppFolio
  • Entrata
• CAMT (Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician) certification preferred
• Experience in large-scale multifamily, student housing, or conventional apartment communities
• Interest in living onsite
