BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support a premier apartment community in Grand Prairie, TX 75050. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong property management knowledge, excellent resident relations skills, and hands-on experience with Tax Credit properties and Yardi software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations of the apartment community
• Manage leasing activities, renewals, rent collections, and resident communications
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and community standards
• Assist with resident retention and occupancy goals
• Address resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally
• Support reporting, administrative functions, and property performance initiatives
• Process certifications and maintain compliance for Tax Credit programs

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
• Tax Credit experience is REQUIRED
• Proficiency with Yardi property management software is REQUIRED
• Strong understanding of resident relations, leasing, and collections
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and affordable housing compliance regulations
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
