Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant

Location: Timonium, MD

Salary: $26-$30/hr.

Full-Time | Weekend Required

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities in Timonium, MD. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leasing, resident relations, and assisting with daily property operations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads, conduct tours, qualify prospects, and assist with applications.
• Prepare leases, addenda, and move-in and move-out documents.
• Maintain resident files, guest cards, vacancy reports, and market surveys.
• Enter and follow up on maintenance requests.
• Prepare resident communications and required notices.
• Follow Fair Housing guidelines and applicable laws.
• Serve as acting manager when the Property Manager is unavailable.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of assistant property management and leasing experience.
• 2–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and apartment leasing requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Yardi experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Full-time availability, including weekends.
