BG Staffing is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support a multifamily apartment community in Nacogdoches, TX. If you have strong maintenance experience, an EPA/HVAC certification, and a commitment to excellent resident service, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems (EPA certification required)
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond professionally to resident maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety policies and property procedures
• Ensure repairs meet quality and compliance standards

Qualifications

• EPA Certification or HVAC Certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Ability to diagnose issues and complete repairs independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
