BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Baton Rouge, LA 70802. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and brings a positive, dependable work ethic to the team.

Responsibilities 

• Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas 
• Remove trash and debris from the property 
• Assist with landscaping, lawn care, and exterior upkeep 
• Help with power washing of walkways, breezeways, and exterior surfaces as needed 
• Support the maintenance team with basic tasks 
• Prepare vacant units by removing trash and assisting with light cleaning 
• Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and inviting for residents and visitors 

Requirements 

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred 
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions 
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment 
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently 
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team
