Commercial Property Administrator

Location: Atlanta, GA 30309 (Peachtree/Collier)

Pay: $55,000


**Must have commercial real estate experience**

**Must have Yardi experience**

**Must have financial reporting support experience**


Responsibilities: 

• Act as representative and facilitate communications with owners, tenants and vendors. 

• Assist Property Managers with reporting to third party owners. This includes preparing the reporting package (Which includes the monthly status report, aging summary, capital summary and stacking plans). 

• Prepare welcome and onboarding packages for new tenants. Prepare new vendor set up forms and set up new tenants and vendors in Angus. 

• Prepare Commencement Addendums for new tenants. 

• Track vendor and tenant insurance in Angus. Initiate reminders as required. 

• Oversee work order system. Update, assign, track and ensure completion of work orders among the property management team. 

• Run Aging reports on the 5th and make late calls or emails as needed. 

• Prepare move-out forms and initiate move-out process in Yardi through accounting. 

• Prepare contracts for recurring services and track expirations. 

• Assist in obtaining bids and other information needed to prepare and update operating and capital budgets and financial forecasts/reforecasts. 

• Assist property management and engineering team with capital and tenant build-out assignments. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Experience Required: 

• Experience in Property Management preferred. Yardi and Kardin experience a plus. 

• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). 

• Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. 

• Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person. 

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details. 

• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and instruction, yet able to function as part of a team.
