Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff and management
• Answer phones, manage emails, and assist with customer inquiries
• Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate office activities
• Perform data entry and general office support duties
• Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic office equipment
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
