New Home Sales Consultant

Base Salary: $35,000 + Uncapped Commission

On-Target Earnings: $78,000–$125,000+

Top Performers Earn: $150,000–$200,000+

We're looking for a driven New Home Sales Consultant to help buyers achieve the dream of homeownership. If you're motivated by uncapped commissions, love working with people, and enjoy owning the entire sales process from first conversation to closing, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.

This isn't a desk job. You'll build relationships, generate leads, conduct home tours, negotiate sales, and help families find a place to call home—all while earning exceptional commissions.

What You'll Do

• Guide homebuyers through the sales process from first contact to closing.
• Conduct home tours and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Generate leads through Facebook Marketplace, social media, referrals, local networking, and community outreach.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals of 2–3 homes per month.
• Prepare purchase agreements, payment calculations, and required sales documentation.
• Accurately maintain customer information within the CRM.
• Ensure every transaction complies with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

What We're Looking For

• Previous success in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Experience in automotive, wireless, furniture, real estate, leasing, insurance, home improvement, retail sales, or other commission-based sales environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline.
• Comfortable generating your own leads while following up on inbound opportunities.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable discussing pricing, financing, and contracts.
• Property management, leasing, manufactured housing, or real estate experience is a plus—but not required.

Compensation

• $35,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commission
• On-Target Earnings: $78,000–$125,000
• Top Performers Earn $150,000–$200,000+
