BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Columbus, OH 43215. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in maintaining a clean and functional community, and can handle a variety of maintenance tasks with professionalism. 

Position Details 

• Role: Apartment Maintenance Technician 
• Location: Columbus, OH 43215
• Pay: $22/hr 
• Schedule: Monday through Wednesday's 9am to 5pm, Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm 
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities 

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally 
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including: 
• Basic plumbing repairs 
• Electrical troubleshooting 
• Appliance diagnostics and repair 
• Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep 
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation 
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities 
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude 
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards 

Requirements 

• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred 
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions 
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently 
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented 
• Strong communication and customer service skills
