BG Staffing is seeking a personable and motivated Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper to support a thriving community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:  

• Picking up trash/debris and maintaining clean grounds  

• Assisting with curb appeal and common area upkeep  

• Changing light bulbs in common and exterior areas  

• Moving large items such as furniture or appliances  

• Interior/exterior touch-up maintenance  

• Pressure washing, painting, and leaf blowing  

• Delivering notices or correspondence to residents  

• Supporting maintenance teams with additional projects  

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Reliable transportation  

• Strong work ethic and dependability  

• Ability to follow directions and work with a team  

• Customer service mindset  

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.  

• Willingness to assist with community projects as needed
