Pay: $19/hr | Temp-to-Permanent Opportunity

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and highly organized Bilingual Assistant Property Manager to support an apartment community in Addison, TX 75001. This position is ideal for someone who has strong property operations, financial management, resident relations, and leadership experience and is looking for a permanent opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily property operations
• Manage leasing, renewals, rent collection, and resident relations
• Maintain accurate resident files and property documentation
• Assist with delinquency reporting and account follow-up
• Support marketing efforts and occupancy goals
• Address resident concerns professionally and promptly
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing laws, and community standards

Requirements

• Previous Assistant Property Manager experience required
• Must be bilingual English and Spanish
• Strong leasing, collections, administrative, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of property management software preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor and ability to build positive resident relationships
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
