BG Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-established multifamily community in the Dayton, Ohio area. We are looking for a motivated, dependable professional who takes pride in their work, stays productive throughout the day, and is ready to tackle work orders with urgency and professionalism.

Schedule & Pay
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- $21.00 per hour
- Weekly pay available through BG Staffing
Responsibilities
- Complete resident service requests and work orders efficiently
- Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing issues
- Handle basic electrical repairs and fixture replacements
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and touch-up work
- Assist with apartment turns and make-readies
- Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents and property staff
Requirements
- Previous apartment maintenance experience required
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must own and provide basic maintenance tools
- Ability to prioritize and complete work orders in a timely manner
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
