Maintenance Technician

$32–$38/hour | Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Technician to join a residential property management team in Boston.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests and apartment turns
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues
• Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Maintain common areas and respond to emergency maintenance needs
• Update work orders and communicate professionally with residents and the onsite team

Requirements

• At least 5 years of property maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and general repairs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Experience with property management or work-order software
• Buildium experience is a plus
