Immediate Opportunity – Property Shop Representative

BGSF is seeking a reliable and professional individual to complete a property shop assignment for a multifamily community in Carthage, NC. This opportunity includes both a phone shop and an in-person shop to evaluate the leasing experience and customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Complete a scheduled phone inquiry and in-person property visit.
• Evaluate the leasing team's communication, professionalism, and overall customer service.
• Provide detailed feedback and complete required reporting.
• Follow assignment instructions and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete both phone and in-person portions of the shop.
• Professional and dependable.

Assignment Details:

• Availability required Monday and Tuesday.
• Compensation: $75/day upon completion of required shop activities and reporting.
