Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Porter to support an apartment community in Melissa, TX 75454. Job Description

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the apartment community.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property.
• Clean breezeways, sidewalks, stairwells, parking lots, and common areas.
• Assist with trash removal and keeping dumpster areas clean and organized.
• Support the maintenance team with general property upkeep as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily grounds inspections and property cleanup.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain common areas.
• Clean leasing office, clubhouse, laundry rooms, and other amenities as assigned.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the property team.
• Assist with light maintenance and community projects as directed.
• Follow all community safety policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Previous porter, groundskeeper, janitorial, housekeeping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
