BG Staffing is seeking an experienced, professional, and customer-focused Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish) with Tax Credit Experience to join a thriving apartment community in Austin, TX 78728. This opportunity is ideal for a leasing professional who excels at building relationships, closing leases, and providing exceptional service to both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and prospects.

Position Details

Position: Bilingual Leasing Consultant (English/Spanish)

Location: Austin, TX 78728

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One weekday off each week (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional apartment tours
• Assist residents and prospects in both English and Spanish
• Manage the full leasing cycle from initial inquiry through move-in
• Process applications, lease agreements, renewals, notices, and resident documentation
• Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records
• Follow up on leads and support marketing initiatives
• Utilize Yardi and CRM platforms to track prospects, leasing activity, and resident communication
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resident relations
• Support the onsite team with daily leasing office operations
• Maintain knowledge of affordable housing and tax credit compliance requirements

Requirements

• MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous apartment leasing experience required
• Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience required
• Experience with Yardi and CRM software required
• Strong sales, closing, and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
