BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and overall curb appeal of a residential community in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Position Details

• Position: Groundskeeper
• Location: Willoughby Hills, OH 44094
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

As a Groundskeeper, you will play a key role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining community grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
• Emptying and servicing outdoor trash receptacles
• Cleaning and maintaining the community dog park
• Sanitizing, cleaning, and restocking dog waste stations
• Ensuring the property maintains an attractive appearance at all times
• Reporting maintenance concerns, property damage, or safety hazards
• Assisting with additional groundskeeping and property upkeep tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, porter, janitorial, or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
