Pay: $15/hr | Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Temporary Assignment

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter/Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Celina, TX 75009. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining a clean community, and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Blow and clean hallways, breezeways, and building exteriors.
• Dust common areas and help maintain the property's appearance.
• Remove trash and debris from the community.
• Assist with general groundskeeping and exterior upkeep.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Support the onsite team with additional porter duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous porter, groundskeeping, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean community.
• Positive attitude and willingness to support the onsite team.

Dress Code

• Clean shirt with no designs or graphics.
• Khaki shorts are permitted (weather permitting).
