What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic tools required (power tools are a plus!)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

• 1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience

• EPA, HVAC, or CPO certifications are a PLUS

• Experience with work orders and apartment turns
