BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in La Mesa, CA 91942. This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader who can oversee daily operations, guide the maintenance team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Pay: $26/hr

Schedule: M-F 8-5

Start Date: 8.31.26 | Contract‑to‑Hire Opportunity

Responsibilities

·      Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations

·      Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance

·      Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues

·      Manage unit turns and ensure make‑readies are completed on schedule

·      Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment

·      Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards

·      Communicate professionally with residents and staff

·      Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Requirements

·      Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician

·      Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance REQUIRED

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

·      Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

·      Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
