BG Staffing is currently seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in the Pittsburgh area. As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, providing exceptional customer service while showcasing the property's features and benefits. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, sales-minded, and passionate about delivering a positive resident experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and provide community tours.
• Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and leasing inquiries.
• Present apartment homes and community amenities to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants throughout the leasing process, including application completion and follow-up.
• Prepare and maintain resident files and leasing documents.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community features.
• Support resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Coordinate move-ins and assist with resident communications.
• Help maintain a welcoming and professional leasing office environment.
• Work closely with property management to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, customer service, hospitality, retail sales, or related experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
