BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and dependable Certified Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Foley, AL 36535. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise who takes pride in delivering high‑quality maintenance work and excellent service to residents.

• Schedule: M-F 8:30-5:30pm 1hr lunch

Key Responsibilities: 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems 

• Complete apartment service requests independently 

• Perform plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs 

• Handle unit turns including drywall, painting, and minor renovations 

• Conduct preventative maintenance and property inspections 

• Maintain curb appeal and support overall property upkeep 

Minimum Requirements (Must Have): 

• EPA Certification REQUIRED (Universal preferred) 

• Previous apartment maintenance experience REQUIRED 

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience REQUIRED 

• Ability to work independently and manage daily work orders 

• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred) 

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance 

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
