BG Staffing is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support a residential community in Jacksonville, NC 28540. This is a contract opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Role: Leasing Consultant

Location: Jacksonville, NC 28540

Pay: $17/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

Start Date: ASAP

Opportunity Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and via email
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features and amenities
• Process rental applications and lease paperwork
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
• Respond to resident inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with lease renewals and resident retention efforts
• Support daily property operations and administrative tasks
• Work closely with the property management team to meet occupancy goals

Qualifications

• Previous leasing, property management, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Experience with property management software is a plus
