Maintenance Supervisor | Multifamily Community

We're seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a multifamily apartment community in Columbus, OH. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, maintaining the property to high standards, and ensuring excellent service for residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of Maintenance Technicians
• Oversee daily work orders, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance
• Perform hands-on repairs as needed, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and general maintenance
• Inspect the property and ensure all maintenance work is completed to company standards
• Coordinate vendors, maintain inventory, and oversee maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive resident relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience
• Previous experience leading or supervising a maintenance team
• HVAC Certification required
• Strong hands-on experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
