Location: Houston, TX 77014

Schedule: Monday through Saturday 830am to 530pm , Saturday 10am to 5pm

Pay: $18 per hour

We are seeking an Experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant to join our growing property management team. If you are energetic, sales-driven, customer-focused, and fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you!

Position Summary

The Experienced Bilingual Leasing Consultant is responsible for driving occupancy, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate has prior apartment leasing experience and a proven track record of meeting leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and assist prospective residents.
• Conduct community and apartment tours.
• Convert leads into leases through effective follow-up and sales techniques.
• Process applications, move-ins, and lease documentation.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community amenities.
• Assist with resident retention and lease renewals.
• Respond to resident concerns professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate records within property management software.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to increase occupancy.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong sales and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, ResMan, or similar property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Experience with lease renewals and resident retention programs.
