Pay: $16–$17/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support an apartment community in Memphis, TN (38109). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in keeping properties clean and well‑maintained, and contributes to a welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds
• Remove trash and debris from common areas and outdoor spaces
• Assist with lawn care, landscaping, and seasonal upkeep
• Power‑wash walkways, breezeways, and building exteriors as needed
• Support maintenance staff with basic tasks when required
• Ensure the property always looks neat, safe, and resident‑ready

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
• Strong attention to detail and pride in property appearance
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks throughout the day
