Position: Make Ready Technician – $21/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment unit turns to prepare homes for new move-ins

• Patch and repair drywall, paint interiors, and complete touch-up work

• Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs as needed

• Replace fixtures, hardware, blinds, and other apartment components

• Complete general cleaning and ensure units are move-in ready

Minimum Requirements (Must Have):

• Previous apartment maintenance, make ready, construction, or renovation experience

• Experience with painting, drywall repair, and unit turns

• Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the day

• Own basic hand tools (power tools preferred)

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
