Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations and ensure a positive resident experience
• Manage leasing activity, renewals, and occupancy goals
• Supervise on‑site staff and coordinate with maintenance teams
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution

Requirements
