Position Overview
As an HVAC Certified Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems while supporting the overall maintenance operations of the property. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a proactive work ethic, and the ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC units and property systems
- Complete resident service requests in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance issues as needed
- Prepare vacant units for new residents through inspections and repairs
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company standards
- Assist with emergency maintenance situations when required
- Keep grounds, common areas, and maintenance shops clean and organized
Qualifications
Required:
- HVAC Certification (EPA Certification strongly preferred)
- Previous apartment maintenance or property maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Basic understanding of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation
Preferred:
- CPO Certification
- Additional maintenance certifications
- Experience working in multifamily housing or apartment communities
