BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at an apartment community in Atlanta, GA (30324). This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can oversee daily maintenance functions, support a team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team
• Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Manage unit turns and ensure timely make‑readies
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Provide professional communication with residents and staff

Requirements

• Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
