BG Staffing is seeking an experienced Certified Maintenance Technician (EPA) to support an apartment community in Tampa, FL (33614). This role is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who can troubleshoot systems, complete repairs efficiently, and communicate effectively with a diverse resident population. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Perform unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality standards
• Provide professional, friendly service to residents and staff

Requirements

• EPA Certification required
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Solid troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
