🔧 OPPORTUNITY FOR APARTMENT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS

Do you enjoy leading a team, solving maintenance challenges, and keeping apartment communities operating at their best?

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors who can oversee maintenance operations, coordinate service requests, supervise maintenance staff, and ensure apartment homes and common areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair common apartment maintenance issues

• Oversee and schedule apartment turns, work orders, and preventative maintenance

• Supervise maintenance team members and coordinate vendor activities

• Manage large community maintenance projects from start to finish

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and appliances

• Perform plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs as needed

• Change and repair locks, fixtures, and lighting

• Ensure community curb appeal and assist with grounds maintenance when necessary

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow company safety procedures

• Participate in on-call rotation as required

Maintenance Supervisor Requirements

• HVAC / EPA Certification Required

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification preferred

• HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience preferred

• Strong plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance skills

• Dependable transportation

• Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and attendance

• Ability to effectively lead and motivate a maintenance team

• Customer service mindset and positive attitude

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs.

• Own a basic set of maintenance hand tools

• Power tools are a plus
