Make-Ready Technician

Location: Irving, TX 75039

Pay: $18–$19 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Make-Ready Technician to join our property management team in Irving, TX. This role ensures our apartment homes are clean, functional, and move-in ready while supporting the community by completing maintenance work orders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready turns, including cleaning, painting, repairs, and general maintenance
• Perform drywall repairs, patching, texturing, and finishing
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Complete assigned maintenance work orders promptly and professionally
• Inspect units and report needed repairs or safety concerns
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

• Drywall repair and finishing experience is required
• Experience in apartment make-ready or general maintenance
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic work orders
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
