Senior Property Manager

Location: South Tampa, FL

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a luxury residential portfolio in South Tampa. This is an opportunity for a high-performing property management professional who is confident leading teams, managing budgets, driving occupancy, and maintaining exceptional property standards.

This role offers a blend of strategic portfolio management and hands-on leadership while working directly with ownership to maximize property performance and resident satisfaction.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Oversee the daily operations of a luxury multifamily portfolio
• Lead and develop leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage property budgets, expenses, and financial performance
• Analyze P&L statements and implement strategies to improve NOI
• Monitor rent collections and delinquency management
• Maintain high standards for curb appeal, property appearance, and resident experience
• Oversee vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Handle escalated resident concerns and complex customer service situations
• Manage lease renewals, occupancy goals, and revenue growth initiatives
• Provide regular operational and financial reporting to ownership

Qualifications

• 7+ years of multifamily property management experience
• Experience managing Class A, luxury residential communities
• 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing leasing and maintenance teams
• Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis
• Experience with Yardi Breeze, Yardi Voyager, or similar property management software
• Proven track record of improving occupancy, resident retention, and property performance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
