Position: Make Ready Technician

Location: Granbury, TX 76048

Schedule: Full‑time

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Complete make‑ready turns for residential units
• Perform basic repairs: drywall, painting, caulking, minor plumbing, minor electrical
• Replace fixtures, hardware, blinds, and appliances as needed
• Ensure units meet company quality standards before move‑in
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and storage spaces
• Report needed materials, repairs, or safety concerns
• Assist maintenance team with additional tasks when required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property maintenance, make‑ready, or general handyman work
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
