Position Overview

The Leasing Consultant will provide administrative and front office support, with a focus on answering phones and assisting with resident and prospect inquiries. You’ll be the first point of contact and play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Assist prospective residents with basic leasing information
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents
• Support the leasing team with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain organized and accurate records
• Help ensure the leasing office runs smoothly day-to-day
