Lead Maintenance Supervisor – Aurora, CO 80010

Take the lead in maintaining a high‑quality apartment community where your technical expertise and leadership skills keep operations running smoothly. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to guide onsite maintenance efforts.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Pay: $26-28/hr (Depending on Experience)

Type: Contract or Contract to Hire

Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description

·        To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff

·        To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance

·        To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs

·        To ensure unit turns meet quality standards

·        To maintain property safety and compliance expectations

Qualifications

·        Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience

·        EPA Type II or Universal Certification

·        Strong skills in general maintenance trades

·        Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload

·        Own tools required
