BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to support a well-maintained apartment community in Maricopa, AZ 85138. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful community grounds, and is committed to creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Position Details

• Position: Groundskeeper
• Location: Maricopa, AZ 85138
• Pay: $22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Start Date: ASAP
• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, breezeways, and common areas.
• Remove trash, debris, and other hazards throughout the property.
• Assist with landscaping duties, lawn care, and general exterior upkeep.
• Perform power washing of walkways, breezeways, patios, and exterior surfaces as needed.
• Support the maintenance team with basic property upkeep projects.
• Prepare vacant apartments by removing debris and assisting with light cleaning tasks.
• Monitor the property to ensure it remains safe, clean, and visually appealing.
• Provide excellent support to onsite staff and contribute to a positive community environment.

Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean property.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist the onsite maintenance team when needed.
