Make Ready Technician

💲 $20.00/hr | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Make Ready Technician for a large 600+ unit Greystar-managed community. This is not a warm-body role—we’re intentionally waiting for the right person who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and thrives in a team environment.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone with hustle, accountability, and attention to detail—a technician who understands that quality turns matter and standards count.

• Experience with Greystar Make Ready / Turn processes strongly preferred
• Ability to review and work from a Greystar Turn Sheet (knowing the details Greystar expects is key)
• Team player who is dependable and willing to support a short-staffed maintenance team
• Strong communication skills—updates, follow-through, and reliability are critical

Key Responsibilities

• Complete Make Ready turns to Greystar standards
• Participate in daily and weekly rounds, including:
  • Trash chutes
  • Doggie stations
• Support maintenance supervisors with timely, accurate work
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional property appearance
