Leasing Consultant – Property Management

Location: New Orleans, LA 70119

Schedule: Monday through friday

Pay Range: $17-$18 per hour

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑focused Leasing Consultant to join our property management team. If you enjoy helping people find their next home and thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment, this role is a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct engaging property tours
• Respond promptly to phone, email, and walk‑in inquiries
• Process rental applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements
• Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and resident events
• Maintain accurate records in property management software
• Support move‑ins, renewals, and daily office operations
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and inviting
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects

What You Bring

• Leasing or property management experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Comfort with technology and basic office software
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn
