Community Manager – Luxury Student Housing

Charleston, SC

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to oversee operations at a luxury student housing community in Charleston, SC. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader with a proven background in student housing, team leadership, occupancy management, and property operations.

The ideal candidate is operationally driven, resident-focused, and experienced managing fast-paced student housing environments while leading high-performing leasing and maintenance teams.

Compensation & Benefits

• $80K–$85K salary (flexible for the right candidate)
• Leasing & performance bonuses
• 40% onsite housing discount
• 20% discount at other company properties
• Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of Community Manager experience
• Student housing experience REQUIRED
• Luxury multifamily experience preferred
• Strong operational, leasing, and financial management experience
• Experience overseeing maintenance and leasing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and resident relations skills
• Ability to obtain South Carolina PMIC license within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily community operations
• Drive occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention
• Lead onsite leasing and maintenance teams
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and operational goals
• Maintain community standards and resident satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with company policies and property procedures
